PolyRex - the king of polymer processing

PolyRex is a customized fully automatic machine for batch preparation. Its unique design allows for the dosing of powdered and/or liquid emulsion polymer.

PolyRex is, in the basic version, equipped with a three-step mixing system to efficiently mix the polymer into a homogeneous and fully activated polymer solution. Different types of mixing systems for different types of applications can be offered. PolyRex stepwise mixing systems enable an efficient polymer solution to be obtained. This results in a very low polymer consumption.
