Polymer for dewatering sludge

When polymer solution is mixed with sewage sludge, the particles flocculate. This leads to a separation of water and thus a reduction in sludge volume. To achieve a high dry matter (DM) content, it is important that the polymer processor prepares polymer solution with the highest possible efficiency.

Thanks to Tomal’s efficient and batch polymer preparer, designed for both dry polymer (powder) and wet polymer (emulsion) preparation, a high quality polymer solution is achieved. This results in low polymer consumption and low cost. The polymer processor is also suitable for both pre-watering in, for example, a sludge thickener or for final dewatering in, for example, a centrifuge.
