Polymer for flocculation

When polymer solution is added to the process water, the particles flocculate. This leads to a separation of water and thus a reduction of sludge volume. To achieve a high dry matter (DM) content, it is important that the polymerizer prepares polymer solution with the highest possible efficiency.

Thanks to Tomal’s efficient and batch polymer preparer, designed for both dry polymer (powder) and wet polymer (emulsion) preparation, a high quality polymer solution is achieved. This results in low polymer consumption and low cost.
