Functional description

A big bag is suspended by a yoke from the stand using a forklift truck or telpher. The docking station is raised by means of a pneumatic cylinder towards the bag outlet where it is connected. The knot of the bag is then opened and the coal powder flows down into the buffer tank and the doser. The dust filter with fan maintains a negative pressure to avoid dusting, and activated carbon is dosed into the wetting hopper where water is added at the same time. The carbon slurry is transported to the dosing point by the jector. Max. 1bar back pressure. When changing the bag, the filter is started and the bag is sucked together before being tied again.
